ATHR SUPPORT

A clear next step.

Help with your workspace, store connection and privacy requests.

Contact ATHR

Include your company name, store domain when relevant, the step that failed and the support reference shown in the app.

Never send passwords, access tokens, secret keys or payment card details. Share only the information needed to understand the issue.

Connecting Shopify

A company owner starts from Store connections and continues to Shopify to authorize the app. New installations use a Shopify installation link; a missing link means app setup is still pending.

ATHR imports data for the company selected during the verified connection flow. Connecting a store does not move it automatically from another company.

Import or permission issues

Open the store’s details to review the actual imported count, last successful sync, missing permissions and the next action. Resume a failed import from its saved checkpoint, or reconnect when authorization is required.

Missing customer details may be restricted by Shopify approvals. A blank field does not mean a customer supplied no information.

Internal stock

Record your physical count in ATHR and define how Shopify variants and bundles consume internal products. Shopify quantities do not overwrite that count. Incomplete sales coverage is shown in the forecast.

Privacy requests

For a Shopify customer data request, contact the store you purchased from. Store owners can use Shopify’s privacy request tools and contact ATHR at the address above for help with our stored copies.

Application availability

Server deployment, Shopify application configuration and Shopify approval are separate steps. A working ATHR website does not mean its Shopify app has been approved for customer distribution. Installation availability depends on the app’s current Shopify configuration and review status.
